The Minnesota Recreation Fund (MnRecFund) is an emerging nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing access to Minnesota's lands. Our mission is rooted in the belief that the great outdoors should be accessible to all, and that private stewardship can be a powerful force for public benefit.

We are committed to purchasing and safeguarding Minnesota lands, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the state's rich outdoor heritage now and for generations to come.

We believe in the power of partnership. By working hand-in-hand with Minnesota’s Recreation Non-Profits, we aim to develop private lands in ways that amplify our collective impact on outdoor recreation and conservation.

We stand as a voice for the outdoors, advocating for policies and practices that promote outdoor recreation and the well-being of our natural spaces.
